    b. BALOM communicates and confirms the details and prepares the quotation (3-14 days)

    c. Confirm the contract terms, payment method, and sign the contract.

    e. Check the details of the drawings again before production, and sign the drawings.

    f. Production (30-55 days, depending on the material)

    g. Pay the balance payment.

    For retail:

    a. Send detailed floor plans and favorite styles to BALOM

    c. Pay the design fee (200USD/space)

    d. 3D drawing and confirmation

    e. Complete the final formal quotation and sign the contract

    f. Pay advance payment of 50% and start production

    g. Pay the balance

    Q1: How do I do business with BALOM?

    The following are the cooperation modes we can provide:

    -Become a BALOM retail or project distributor. (BALOM will have special support policies and requirements)

    -Purchase from BALOM as a strategic partner. (BALOM will have different sales prices to support performance)

    -Purchase from opal as an ordinary customer. (BALOM will have a range of prices according to different project quantities)

    Q2: Can I buy your products for my house?

    Of course. There is no minimum order quantity, because we focus not only on large projects, but also on home users.

    Q6:What about the production time?

    Different products and materials require different production times. We have set specific production times for different products and materials. For details, please refer to our production time page.


    Q7: how long does the transportation take?

    For Asian markets, 7-14 days. 40-60 days in the US market.


    Q8: Do you offer custom designs?

    Yes, you can send us the drawing, material color and size, and we will ask the designer to put forward the scheme. If you need me, I can send you the pictures of our sample cabinet.


    Q9: How do I track my orders?

    Q10:BALOM packaging details

    BALOM usually uses two types of cabinet packaging. One is RTA (ready for assembly) and the other is fully assembled. As for the glass and countertops, we use cartons to pack them and reinforce them with wooden frames to avoid damage during transportation. Please refer to our package page for details.


    Q11: This is my first time to import from China. What should I do?

  • Q1: What products does BALOM offer?

    We provide customized kitchen cabinets, wardrobe, bathroom cabinets, interior doors, aluminum doors and windows and other household furniture. We also offer whole house solutions. For more details, please refer to our product page.


    Q2:What is the material used to make the door in the BALOM kitchen?

    Base material: mdf/ plywood / particleboard. Please check our profile page for more details. Door panel: solid wood, wood veneer, metal foil, paint, PVC, acrylic, laminated, melamine.     Q3:What brand of hardware does BALOM use?

    Q5:Do BALOM products have relevant certificates and quality assurance?

  • Q1.May I have your price list?

    We would like to provide the price for your reference. Please send your floor plan to us for customized price. Contact us for more details.


    Q2. What kind of payment terms do you accept?

    Usually we accept t/t, 30% of the deposit should be paid before production, and the balance should be paid before shipment. Contact us for more details.


    Q3. What price terms do you make?

    If there is enough 20 foot container, we will quote FOB price, otherwise we will quote EXW price. Contact us for more details.


    Q4. How much is the installation cost?

    At present, BALOM has three installation cooperation modes, with different costs.


    For project orders

    1)  All inclusive of BALOM 2). Guidance from BALOM 3). It is undertaken by the local cooperative installation team.


    As for the all inclusive quotation, it needs to be determined according to your specific project, but the cost is generally controlled at about 13% of the project.


    If you choose the installation method guided by BALOM, BALOM will arrange personnel to go out to guide the installation team. The charge is 100usd/ day, and the customer will provide accommodation. It usually takes about one week and a half months.


    For retail orders

    We recommend asking the local installer for help, and we will send the help guide. This is not difficult. Please find details from this page: installation guide.
